Dalì museum Figueres.

While we were at the art fair in Barcelona we got a chance to visit the Dalì Museum in Figueres. Totally mindblowing to see these masterpieces live.

 

 

And the best part about it is the size of the paintings, some are a lot smaller then you could imagine, even though you can read the sizes of them in the books and so forth.

Like these two, they are so small it makes the details even more impressing.

 

 

And then the totally different of small.

And yes, those are chairs underneath the painting, speechless.

 

This painting is also pretty well known, but when you see it on the wall, well, need I say more…..

 

 

I think we had like a couple of hours in the museum, wich wasnt enough at all. So if you make the trip there, use a few days, I dont think you will regret it, I am surely enough going back. And for those of you that allready have been there, you know what I’m talking about 😉
